Francesca is an executive with over 15 years of experience in digital, omni-channel, social, content and CRM strategy & experience programs within the major consumer goods, fashion & luxury and retail companies.
She joined illycaffè in 2018 leading the Digital Transformation Program and the Digital and CRM Unit. Before joining illycaffè, she was an Accenture executive in digital strategy working on customer experience and transformation programs within Products industry.
